Karon Cooper has been working with various firms and small businesses in a consulting capacity since 2014. Prior to launching Cooper Consulting, she worked for nearly a decade as Area Market Director for a large franchise operating across several states. During her tenure as Area Market Director, Karon led her teams to reach record sales, improved employee and client retention, and developed and executed local marketing campaigns that resulted in positive prime-time news media attention.  

 

Karon’s diverse background that includes marketing & sales, education & corporate training, and graphic design, affords her the experience needed to guide clients through a variety of challenges all while supporting their individual marketing needs. Karon is a skilled communicator who enjoys creating concepts with graphic design, video production, and written editorial content. Her goal is to inspire, inform, and captivate consumers or employees through words, images, graphics, and video.
